Moviex, owned and produced by Actingland Incorporated, provides its services to you
subject to the following notices, terms, and conditions. In addition, when you use any
Moviex service you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions
applicable to such service.
Copyright
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio
clips, and software, is the property of Moviex or its content suppliers and protected by U.S.
and international copyright laws. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement, and assembly)
of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Moviex and protected by U.S. and
international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of
Moviex or its software suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Any
other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication,
display, or performance, of the content on this site is strictly prohibited.

Use of Site and Services
This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or
otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by Moviex.
Moviex and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel
orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Moviex believes that customer
conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Moviex and its affiliates.
Moviex allows its Subscribers to upload and display photographs on the Moviex web site.
Subscribers shall be solely liable for any images posted on the Service. Moviex has no control over the
content of any posting or transmission nor will it be liable for such content. Subscribers shall not post
any image containing nudity or for which the subscriber is not the rightful copyright holder. The subscriber
shall not use the Services to create or distribute any images which are obscene, harassing, racist, malicious,
fraudulent or libelous, or considered unethical, immoral, or illegal. Furthermore, should Moviex, in its
sole discretion, deem an inappropriate image is and/or was uploaded, posted, or displayed on or through
its services, Moviex will impose a fine of one hundred US dollars to be charged the subscriber's
credit card and subscription services may be revoked.
Industry Member Access
Use of the Moviex talent database and search engine is limited to members of the entertainment
industry who are actively involved in the casting process of motion picture films, teleplays, or
commercial programming for broadcast or theatrical release.
Materials contained in the Moviex talent database and/or gathered from the Moviex
web site are exclusively for casting purposes. Users will not sell or lease any information
contained within or retrieved from the Moviex talent database nor will users distribute
this information to any individual or company not involved in the casting process.
Materials contained within or retrieved from the Moviex talent database are to be
kept strictly confidential and may not be use for personal use, to solicit sales, or
gather revenues. Industry Member's personal username and passwords are to be kept private
and may not be shared or distributed. Access to the Moviex talent showcase and/or
Moviex web site may be revoked if the aforementioned policies are compromised.
Received Email
Any and all email messages sent to or received by Moviex, its subsidiary and affiliate
corporations, successors, and assigns becomes the property of Moviex and may be copied, reproduced
and/or published without notice.
Casting Notices
Moviex provides casting information on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or
warranties of any kind regarding accuracy or reliability. Moviex does not verify or monitor
any of the information provided. Moviex disclaims all liability of any kind whatsoever arising
from use of, or inability to use, posted messages and any information contained within. Persons posting
messages are solely responsible for the content of their messages.
Use of brand names for the purposes of communicating casting opportunities does not imply endorsement by,
or affiliation with, the brands named. All brands named, unless explicitly stated, are not affiliated
with Moviex.
Message Boards
We reserve the right to monitor content that is posted, and to modify or remove any messages or postings
that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be abusive; defamatory; in violation of the copyright, trademark
right, or other intellectual property right of any third party; or otherwise inappropriate. We also reserve
the right to edit or modify any submissions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we are not obligated to take any
such actions, and we will not be responsible or liable for content posted by any user.
Use of message boards is limited to personal, noncommercial use, unless otherwise permitted by
us in writing.
Hyperlinks
Moviex makes no representations whatsoever about other web sites which you may access through
this one. When you access a non-Moviex web site, please understand that it is independent from
Moviex, and that Moviex has no control over the content on that web site. In addition, a
link to a non-Moviex web site does not mean that Moviex endorses or accepts any responsibility
for the content, use, or products and services made available through such web site.
